As VP of Technology you will drive the end-to-end technology framework and execution across the company. from patient-facing digital products to internal platforms powering clinic operations.
This is a critical leadership role for a technology leader with strong experience and passion for developing AI-driven solutions, operating at the intersection of technology, operations, and healthcare to build scalable, secure systems that enable best-in-class patient and business outcomes.
What you will own:
Define and execute the company’s overall technology roadmap aligned with business growth and international expansion
Lead development and deployment of AI-driven solutions across the business
Lead and scale a high-performing, multidisciplinary technology organization (engineering, infrastructure, platform)
Own end-to-end technology architecture across patient-facing products and internal operational systems
Oversee development of digital platforms supporting clinics, patient journeys, CRM, and scheduling systems
Drive integration between clinical workflows and digital systems to ensure seamless operations
Build and scale data infrastructure enabling real-time insights and data-driven decision making
Drive automation across key operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Ensure scalable, secure, and resilient system architecture across all markets
Oversee cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and system reliability
Establish and enforce best practices in software development and engineering standards
Ensure compliance with data protection and healthcare regulations (e.g. GDPR)
Implement robust cybersecurity, governance, and risk management frameworks
Partner closely with Operations, Clinical, and Commercial teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Drive digitalization across clinic operations and patient care processes
Act as a key technology advisor to executive leadership
Manage external vendors and technology partners where relevant
Your Skills and Experience:
10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles
Proven track record of building and scaling complex technology platforms
Strong experience with AI, data architecture, and automation
Experience operating in multi-country and multi-location environments
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern system architecture
Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing engineering teams
Strong business acumen and ability to link technology to business outcomes
Experience in fast-growing, high-paced environments
Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or other regulated industries welcomed
